4110 Harissa Spice
A Moroccan classic, our Harissa is a perfectly balanced spicy red blend of chillis, cumin, garlic and sea salt that will compliment your dishes. Great on kabobs, in stews, salads, soups, and vegetables. Fabulous in rice and couscous. Lamb, beef or chicken pops with spicy flavor when a dry marinade of Harissa is rubbed on before cooking. Make a traditional Harissa paste by mixing the blend with chopped garlic and olive oil. Delicious in tomato based sauces, adding a complex heat that builds.
