The Pasilla Chile is the dried form of the Chilaca chili pepper, a long and narrow chili pepper with wrinkled skin. An absolutely gorgeous mild to hot, rich flavor. Used to prepare traditional Mexican Moles, Salsa, Tacos, Menudo, Pozole, Tacos al Pastor, Tostadas, Chiles en Nogada, and Enchiladas.
