Herbs de Provence
Named for the herbs that grow wild in the Provence region of France, this lovely blend complements poultry, game, eggs & cheese very well. Mix with olive oil and rub on chicken or fish or brush on potatoes before roasting or grilling. Also fantastic in soups, tomato dishes and light sauces. Ingredients: basil, thyme, savory, rosemary, tarragon, lavender and fennel.
