A “curry” is a term similar to ‘stew’ or ‘soup’. There are no particular ingredients that makes something a curry, although many curry mixtures share the same ingredients. Use as a seasoning for fish, chicken or any other meat. Add to sauces, soups, gravies, and veggie stir-frys. Ingredients: mustard seed, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, cardamom, cinnamon, chili, turmeric.
